Colonics

What Are Colonics?

Let’s be real: most people have no idea how much waste they’re truly carrying. And no, I’m not just talking about a little backup after a bad meal. I’m talking about years of toxic build-up — hardened, dry fecal matter that’s stuck in the haustra (folds) of the colon, wreaking havoc on your digestion, mood, and overall health.

Colonics are not your average cleanse. They’re a deeply restorative treatment designed to soak, soften, and release these old impactions, giving your colon a fresh start and your body the space to heal.

What to Expect During Your Colonic

You’ll be lying comfortably on a table, draped for privacy, in a peaceful room that feels more like a healing space than a clinic. A small, sterile speculum is gently inserted into the rectum — and I promise, it’s not painful or scary. Most clients are shocked at how easy it is.

Warm filtered water is then slowly introduced into the colon through a fresh water tube. This isn’t a blast of water like some people imagine — it’s a gentle, controlled soak, designed to hydrate and break down the fecal matter that’s been clinging to the walls of your colon.

Once you feel full, I release the water and begin an abdominal massage to help move everything along. The waste flows out through a separate waste tube, and yes — you can see it pass through a lighted viewing tube if you want. Many people are amazed (and relieved!) by what they’ve been holding onto.

This fill–massage–release cycle continues for about 45 minutes. Afterward, you’ll use the restroom and likely release even more. Most people walk out feeling lighter, clearer, and less bloated, often noticing looser pants or a visibly flatter belly — even after just one session.

The Truth About Your Colon

Most people think, “I go to the bathroom every day, so I’m fine.” But daily bowel movements don’t necessarily mean your colon is clear. You could still have impactions stuck deep within your colon that are disrupting your microbiome, slowing your digestion, and even leaking toxins back into your bloodstream.

And don’t even think an enema or laxative can do the same thing — they simply flush out the very bottom of your colon. Colonics are a deep clean, reaching all the way through the large intestine and getting to the root of the problem.

Why People Come to Me

I’ve worked with people who haven’t had a real bowel movement in weeks, others who feel stuck in a cycle of bloat, brain fog, and fatigue, and even young children who were diagnosed with Encopresis and saw a complete turnaround after just a few sessions.

This isn’t just about digestion — it’s about your whole-body wellness. When your colon is clean, your brain works better. Your skin clears up. Your energy improves. You feel more like you again.

How Often Should I Get a Colonic?

That depends on your goals. If this is your first time, I usually recommend a series of treatments close together to really soften and break down the deeper layers. Most clients continue with monthly maintenance to prevent re-impaction and keep their body feeling its best.

Is This for Me?

If you’ve ever said any of the following, this might be your missing link:

  • “I’m always bloated, no matter what I eat.”
  • “I feel stuck, foggy, and tired all the time.”
  • “My stomach looks pregnant, but I’m not.”
  • “I’ve tried everything else and nothing works.”

Colonics are for people who are ready to detox at the root level — not with gimmicks or fads, but with a treatment that’s been changing lives for decades. You’re not broken. You just need a good cleanout.
